Deck Structural Problems Fixed

The owner called with structural issues with his deck. Our Inspection found that many of the deck joists had failed from both premature wood rot and poor fastener alignment during the original construction, thus causing some joists to become unattached to the body of the home. This created a very unstable deck and required the closure of it until repairs could be made.
