Ice Maker Leak Causes Water Damage

This home suffered an ice-maker leak in the kitchen refrigerator. The water damage went unnoticed for a time and soaked into the subfloor and crawlspace, which also need remediation. We inspected and assessed the damage, removed the microbial growth in the crawlspace, and left it clean and dry. In the kitchen, we removed the hardwood flooring, remediated the water damage, and performed structural drying. The house is now dry and ready for rebuilding.
