Mold Mitigation and Repair

Homeowner discovered a discoloration in the ceiling of their bedroom closet. Bluewater Restoration investigated the area and found the ceiling to be wet, which directed us to the bathroom above the closet. We found the bathroom floor, base trim, and base cabinets in the bathroom to be wet, but no obvious leak. With a trained eye, we finally caught it—a hairline crack in the toilet tank—which had gone unnoticed for quite a while. We replaced the toilet, mitigated the water damage, repaired or replaced cabinetry and drywall, then painted.
