Being unaware that a hot water hose busted on the washing machine and ran for approximately 30 days caused major water damage and fungus growth on the lower level. Having a claim of this magnitude was very difficult being 350 miles away and, not able to see the damage, hard to comprehend. There is no doubt in our minds that the Bluewater Restoration crew did everything they were trained to do and then some. I relied on Bluewater Restoration when the Nor'easter hit the week before Thanksgiving of 2006. I had a small amount of structural damage, roof damage and bent and torn screens. You covered my roof with a tarp to prevent further damage until the new roof was put on a week later. The biggest problem was a broken slab from a previous structure washed up on the beach in front of my house and the city would not clean it up. You lined up a crew to come in and pick up the debris, move it to the street, and haul it off. Then we had to remove about one and a half feet of sand out from under the house. All this was taken care of with you overseeing everything. That was my first storm (and won't be the last, I am sure) and you handled everything so that I didn't have to worry about the details.–Carol Eakin
