I have been a Bluewater Restoration customer for 20 years. Joel, you and your guys have helped me to properly maintain three waterfront/ water exposure houses on Long Island, as well as my former oceanfront house and present semi-oceanfront house in Duck. Being on or near the surf surely takes its toll on a house. I know I can rely on you to do the job properly and as promised. That's why, after all these years, I am still a loyal and appreciative customer. And, I would recommend you to anybody who asks. –Steve Summer
When our family discovered a water leak in our home, the name recommended was Bluewater Restoration. I dailed the number fully expecting no response, but to my surprise on the other end of the phone was a genuinely empathetic person: Laurie, who said: "We'll have someone there to assess the situation in a few hours if you would like." Within hours, Chris arrived at our home. He was professional, courteous, and was truly concerned with fixing the disaster. The next day, a team of four guys arrived bright and early, eager to take on what I felt was the impossible. The pride and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team was overwhelming. The explicit attention to every detail and the courteous nature exceeded my expectations many times over. –My family and I would like to express our gratitude to everyone at Bluewater Restoration.
Being unaware that a hot water hose busted on the washing machine and ran for approximately 30 days caused major water damage and fungus growth on the lower level. Having a claim of this magnitude was very difficult being 350 miles away and, not able to see the damage, hard to comprehend. There is no doubt in our minds that the Bluewater Restoration crew did everything they were trained to do and then some. We would strongly advise that anyone in this situation rely on your recommendations and expertise for the clean up and repairs. Also, they are well versed in the insurance industry and can help you understand your coverages.–Maxine and Gail Wallace
I relied on Bluewater Restoration when the Nor'easter hit the week before Thanksgiving of 2006. I had a small amount of structural damage, roof damage and bent and torn screens. You covered my roof with a tarp to prevent further damage until the new roof was put on a week later. The biggest problem was a broken slab from a previous structure washed up on the beach in front of my house and the city would not clean it up. You lined up a crew to come in and pick up the debris, move it to the street, and haul it off. Then we had to remove about one and a half feet of sand out from under the house. All this was taken care of with you overseeing everything. That was my first storm (and won't be the last, I am sure) and you handled everything so that I didn't have to worry about the details.–Carol Eakin
