The new owner of this vacant house discovered they had racoons squatting in their home. An exterminator removed the racoons and we performed professional animal decontamination. Once the interior of the house was sealed off from any further animal intrusion, the Bluewater Team began demolition, cleaning, odor control, and interior fog to aerosolized bacterial contamination. We also demolished the ground floor and removed the underpinning where more racoons were found. These racoons did not like the eviction notice, giving all participants a very long exit strategy.
